Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all operations run smoothly within our factory environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of our production process.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Report any issues or discrepancies in the production process to supervisors promptly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations while performing tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
