We are looking for an experienced General Handyman / Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled across a range of property maintenance and refurbishment work and able to work independently to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Laminate flooring installation
- Vinyl flooring installation
- Carpentry and general joinery
- Painting and decorating
- Skirting boards, doors and architraves
- Basic kitchen and bathroom work
- General repairs and property maintenance
- Other handyman and refurbishment tasks as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in general handyman/carpentry work is essential
- Good knowledge of flooring, painting and basic carpentry
- Able to work independently and complete jobs to a high standard
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Good attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence preferred
Company vehicle can be provided for the right candidate.
Experience in property refurbishment or construction would be an advantage.
