What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering outstanding customer service to all guests.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serving food and beverages to a high standard.
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue.
- Handling customer enquiries
- Working closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service.
- Processing payments and operating tills.
- Assisting with the setup and breakdown of events and functions when required.
- Following all company health, safety and food hygiene procedures.
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
- A team player who thrives in a busy environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends & Christmas
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
