37.5 hours per week.
To carry out day to day maintenance on the fabric of various residential and commercial properties, its services and grounds in order to ensure that the buildings are maintained in a safe and efficient functional order. Working closely with contractors to plan maintenance work and documenting actions taken, also managing the technical file and updating records.
Required:
General maintenance knowledge / experience e.g. minor electrical, plumbing, joinery work etc.
Good communication skills
Confident team player
Clean driving licence
Must have own care or van
Willingness to receive training on current Health & Safety / EHO issues
Satisfactory DBS Check and check against the POVA List (where applicable)
Hand tools and basic electrical tool
Desired:
Understanding of central heating systems, laundry equipment and hot and cold water system
Knowledge of current Health & Safety regulations
