Overview
Hope Study Link, the education consultancy division of Hope Tech Solution Limited, is seeking a friendly and motivated Student Education Adviser to join our team in Barking, East London. This is a part-time, office-based role ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting students with their higher education journey.
Responsibilities
- Provide advice and guidance to prospective and current students.
- Assist students with course selection and higher education options.
- Respond to student enquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Support the admissions and enrolment process.
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
- Work closely with the team to deliver excellent student support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
