Wilson's Manchester is currently hiring for a Supervisor!
Wilson's is a well established venue in a prime Northern Quarter location. This is a hands on role, predominantly evenings and weekend availability is a must.
Key responsibilities
Lead shifts and manage the bar
Deliver high standards of guest service
Support with daily operations
Cocktail preparation, training, and menu development
Stock control and maintaining venue standards
Team leadership and training
Deliver on weekly events, large group bookings & private hires
What we’re looking for
Experience in a similar, high volume venue
Strong cocktail & beer knowledge
Organised, reliable & leads from the front
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Understands GP, wastage, labour & varying other controls
