We are building a young, motivated and ambitious canvassing team at NN Commercial Cleaning Ltd and are looking for people who enjoy meeting others, having conversations and working towards goals.
You do not need to be an experienced door-to-door salesperson to apply.
Previous sales, canvassing or customer-facing experience is an advantage, but what matters most to us is your attitude, confidence, reliability and willingness to learn.
We provide practical training, support and the tools you need to get started.

What Will You Be Doing?
Your role will be to visit residential areas and speak with potential customers about our professional window cleaning services.
This is not about using complicated sales techniques.
It is about:
- Being friendly and approachable
- Starting conversations with potential customers
- Explaining our services clearly
- Answering basic questions
- Helping customers register for our services
- Building new customer relationships
- Working together with your team
- Developing your confidence and sales skills
You will work in allocated areas across Northampton, Milton Keynes, Cambridge and surrounding locations.
Don't Have Canvassing Experience?
That's OK.
We are happy to consider people who have the right personality and are willing to learn.
Our Canvassing Team Leader will provide initial practical training, including:
- How to approach customers
- How to introduce yourself
- How to explain our services
- How our pricing works
- How to register a new customer
- How to deal with common questions
- How to improve your results
- How commissions are calculated
- How to use company equipment and systems
You will have support while you develop your confidence and experience.
We are looking to build and develop a team, not simply recruit people and leave them on their own.

Earn More Through Commission
In addition to your normal hourly PAYE wage, you can earn commission from the confirmed customers you personally generate.
For every £500 of confirmed sales, you receive £70 additional commission.
Examples:
- £500 confirmed sales = £70 commission
- £1,000 confirmed sales = £140 commission
- £1,500 confirmed sales = £210 commission
- £2,000 confirmed sales = £280 commission
The more successful you become, the more opportunity you have to increase your earnings.
Commission is paid in addition to your normal hourly wage and is subject to company validation of confirmed sales.

If you have never worked in sales before but believe you are confident, motivated and good with people, we still want to hear from you.
Working Hours
Work is normally available Monday to Friday within the following window:
10:00am – 6:00pm
This position operates under a PAYE Zero Hours Contract, which means there is no guaranteed minimum number of hours.
Hours and shifts are offered according to available canvassing areas, operational requirements and business demand.
This structure can provide flexibility while still allowing successful candidates to work through our PAYE payroll system.
No regular weekend work is expected.

A company vehicle is available for authorised work-related duties.
Because the role may involve travelling between different locations, a valid UK driving licence is required.
