As a Forecourt Customer Service Assistant, you will be the face of our store, providing friendly and efficient service to every customer. Your role will involve operating the tills, handling cash transactions, merchandising stock, maintaining high store standards, and ensuring the shop is clean, organised, and fully stocked.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Operating tills and processing customer transactions accurately
- Handling cash, card payments, and balancing till floats
- Replenishing stock and merchandising shelves
- Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation standards
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
- Opening and/or closing the store as a keyholder
- Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Following company procedures, health & safety, and security policies
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Basic numeracy skills and confidence handling cash
- Familiarity with electronic tills and retail equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible approach to working hours and shift patterns
- Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and night shifts when required
- Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
