Summary
We're looking for a warm, organised, and commercially minded Reservations Agent to join us. You'll be the first voice many of our guests hear, working with a team handling bookings, creating bespoke packages, coordinating group visits, and helping guests throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
- Take bookings for accommodation, dining, and spa by phone, email, and booking systems
- Manage group reservations for spa and accommodation, liaising with the kitchen team on catering requirements
- Design tailored guest packages and coordinate activities and itineraries
- Welcome guests on arrival, show them to their accommodation, and support them during their stay
- Drive sales- follow up on enquiries, upsell, and convert provisional bookings
- Respond to guest reviews professionally and on brand
- Maintain accurate guest records using the CRM system.
- Assist with Housekeeping and maintenance team to make sure accommodation is to a high standard.
What we are Looking For:
- At least 2 years' front-facing hospitality experience
- Confident, friendly telephone manner
- Strong written communication - polished emails are a must
- Competent with booking and CRM systems
- Organised, proactive, and a genuine people person

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
