Role Description
This is a full time, onsite Retail Store Manager role based in the heart of London, Camden. As a Retail Store Manager you'll be expected to oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining store standards.
We are looking for someone to live and breath our Brand values, leading by example, coaching and motivating the store team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets. The role also includes monitoring performance metrics, ensuring effective loss prevention practices, scheduling, training new team members, coordinating with head office on promotions and product launches, and supporting a positive, inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, motivate and develop the store team to deliver excellent customer service
- Create a positive, high-performing store culture through coaching and feedback
- Manage team scheduling, performance and day to day leadership on the shop floor
Commercial Performance
- Drive store performance across key KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV and UPT
- Analyse store reports and identify opportunities to improve performance
- Encourage strong product knowledge and confident upselling
Customer Experience
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects the Embassy London brand
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
Operations & Store Standards
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure high standards across the shop floor
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures and health & safety standards
- Manage stock control, deliveries and inventory accuracy
- Support the store’s role as a hub for e-commerce fulfilment, ensuring online orders are processed efficiently
Visual Merchandising
- Maintain strong visual merchandising standards that reflect the Embassy London brand
- Ensure the store environment is always welcoming, organised and inspiring
What We're Looking For
- Previous Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager experience in retail
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and commercial performance
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and hands-on leadership style
- Flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
