Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our guests and ensuring smooth operations within the restaurant and bar. The ideal candidate will need to have good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team , along with a friendly disposition to provide exceptional customer service.
Previous Bar and Food Service experience would be beneficial as we are looking to fill this position quickly.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.
- Serving drinks with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Keeping the bar area clean, organised and well-stocked.
- Taking orders, handling cash and card payments.
- Assisting with restocking, glass collecting, and general pub upkeep.
- Manage phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Taking food orders and delivering food to customers.
Skills
- Bar cellar training
- Serving of bar drinks
- Ability to work in a busy environment and stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with guests and colleagues alike.
- Bar experience preferred.
