Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry systems.
- Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Upsell additional products or services where appropriate to enhance customer experience and maximise sales opportunities.
- Provide multilingual support in English and Spanish to accommodate a diverse client base.
- Analyse customer feedback and issues to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Follow organisational procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve service delivery.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail.
- Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly desirable.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively.
- Ability to engage in upselling techniques while maintaining professionalism.
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
