Warehouse Supervisor – AM or PM Shift

Salary: £30,000 per year
Shifts Available:
- AM Shift: 06:00 – 14:00
- PM Shift: 14:00 – 22:00

MCF is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead and control daily warehouse operations during the AM or PM shift.
This is a hands-on operational leadership role, responsible for supervising warehouse teams, monitoring productivity, analysing operational data, and ensuring daily performance targets are achieved.
This role requires someone confident using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), reviewing performance data, and managing team productivity in a fast-paced fulfilment environment.
Please note: This role is for experienced warehouse supervisors only. Applicants must have previous experience managing warehouse teams and controlling operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of warehouse operatives during your shift
- Monitor productivity, KPIs, and operational performance
- Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track workflow, order progress, and team output
- Review operational data and reports to control team performance
- Ensure daily picking, packing, inbound, outbound, dispatch, and returns targets are achieved
- Identify bottlenecks or productivity issues and take action
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and organisation
- Ensure health & safety and warehouse procedures are followed
- Support training, coaching, and performance management of staff
- Work with management to improve operational efficiency
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader
- Strong experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) – essential
- Experience monitoring KPIs, productivity, and operational performance
- Ability to analyse warehouse data and manage team output
- Strong team leadership and communication skills
- Experience working in target-driven warehouse environments
Preferred Experience
- Experience in fulfilment, logistics, or e-commerce warehouse operations
- Experience managing medium to large warehouse teams
- Forklift / FLT licence (advantageous)
