We're looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join us on a temporary basis to help support our busy team through the summer.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. If you're available to start immediately and can commit until early/mid September, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers and creating a warm, friendly atmosphere.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately.
- Serving food and beverages to customers.
- Preparing hot and cold drinks.
- Operating the till and processing payments.
- Keeping the café clean, tidy and well presented throughout the day.
- Restocking displays and maintaining front of house standards.
- Supporting colleagues during busy service periods.
- Ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
What We're Looking For

- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential—we're happy to train the right person.

Pay – £12.71 + Service Charge & Cash Tips
Hours – Full Time (35/40 hours per week)
Duties:
- Opening and closing procedures
- Taking orders
- Serving food and drinks
- Bartending
- Keeping drinks fridges and bar area stocked up and organised
- Working under pressure and being able to manage busy periods
- Serving consistent product and being accountable for not doing so
- Keeping all areas of the restaurant presentable
- Being able to multitask
- Communicating effectively with managers on stock levels and ordering requirements etc
