About the Role
We are seeking a commercially driven Off Highway Sector Manager to lead growth within a key market. This role focuses on developing long-term customer relationships and driving revenue across service, parts, products, and engineering solutions.
You will play a pivotal role in positioning the business as a trusted lifecycle partner, increasing planned work and delivering sustainable commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial activity within the Off Highway sector
- Grow revenue across service, overhaul, parts, and engineered solutions
- Build and manage strong relationships with key customers
- Secure long-term agreements and service contracts
- Convert reactive work into planned, repeatable programmes
- Identify new customers and market opportunities
- Manage and maintain a structured sales pipeline
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver customer solutions
About You
- Experience in the Off Highway, heavy equipment, or industrial sector
- Background in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong understanding of service or lifecycle-based commercial models
- Proven ability to secure long-term contracts or frameworks
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and results-focused
