The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Process Manager - Assemblies to lead and manage an assembly manufacturing area, ensuring customer demand is achieved safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
You will be responsible for delivering operational performance across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People (SQCDP), leading a team within a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to work cross-functionally to meet production commitments while maintaining compliance with quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
