We are looking for a confident, energetic and engaging Live Streamer to join the Total Cards team.
This is a customer-facing role at the heart of our growing live sales channels. You will host interactive live streams, showcase products, entertain and engage viewers, and help turn audiences into an active and loyal community.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable being themselves on camera, can hold a conversation naturally, and knows how to keep the energy of a stream moving. You do not need to have years of professional presenting experience, but you do need to be confident, personable and willing to learn.
A genuine interest in Pokémon, trading cards, collectibles or gaming would be a major advantage, as product knowledge and enthusiasm play a big part in creating an authentic and enjoyable experience for our viewers.
Live Streaming Responsibilities
- Host regular live streaming sessions across our live selling platforms.
- Showcase a wide range of Total Cards products, including new releases, popular products, single cards, collectibles and promotional products.
- Engage directly with viewers throughout each stream, answering questions, discussing products and creating an interactive experience.
- Build excitement around products and promotions while confidently encouraging and driving sales.
- Maintain a lively, entertaining and informative presence throughout each stream.
- Develop your own presenting style while representing the Total Cards brand professionally.
- Build relationships with regular viewers and help create a strong returning community around our live channels.
- Work with the wider team to ensure products, pricing and stream setups are prepared ahead of each session.
- Keep up to date with upcoming releases, products and developments within the trading card industry.
- Review stream performance and work with management to identify opportunities to improve engagement, sales and overall stream quality.
Content & Social Media
Alongside live streaming, the role will also involve supporting the creation of engaging content for the Total Cards social channels.
This may include:
- Creating short-form video and social media content.
- Producing content around new releases, products, events and industry trends.
- Capturing behind-the-scenes moments from streams, the Gaming Centre and the wider business.
- Developing new ideas for entertaining and engaging trading card content.
- Supporting promotional campaigns, product launches and upcoming releases.
- Engaging with our online community through comments, messages and social content.
- Working with the wider team to identify content opportunities from live streams and day-to-day activity.
What We're Looking For

Ideally, you will have:
- A confident and natural on-camera presence.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- The ability to hold conversations and interact comfortably with different personalities.
- Plenty of energy and enthusiasm, particularly during longer live sessions.
- A genuine interest in Pokémon, trading cards, collectibles or gaming.
- Good product knowledge, or the willingness to rapidly develop it.
- A creative mindset and the ability to come up with new ideas for streams and content.
- The ability to work towards individual and team performance targets.
- A willingness to receive feedback, develop your presenting style and continuously improve.
- Good organisation and the ability to prepare effectively for upcoming streams.
Previous experience with live streaming, presenting, content creation, sales or customer-facing roles would be beneficial, but full training on our streaming platforms, equipment and processes will be provided.
Working Hours
37.5 hours per week
Due to the nature of live streaming, this role will involve:
- Regular evening work - 2pm - 10pm
- Some weekend work.
- A flexible rota based around our livestreaming schedule, product releases and events.

About the Role
This is not a traditional retail or desk-based position.
You will become one of the faces of Total Cards online, representing the business in front of a live audience and helping shape the experience our customers have with the brand.

This position is not remote working, you will be required to work on site.
TCG knowledge is vital for this role.
