ABOUT THE ROLE
Sox & Jox Ltd is an ambitious, modern Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) menswear and grooming subscription brand launching in Q4. We deliver premium everyday essentials—organic bamboo boxers, combed cotton socks, artisanal cold-process soaps, and bespoke 10ml fine fragrances.
We are looking for an agile, results-driven Paid Social & DTC Growth Specialist based locally in Northern Ireland to partner directly with the founder and run our customer acquisition engine.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Paid Social Campaigns: Build, launch, and optimize high-ROAS paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Instagram & Facebook) and TikTok.
- Creative Production: Conceptualize and produce mobile-first ad assets (UGC-style hooks, short-form video edits, static product carousels, and motion graphics).
- High-Converting Copy: Write punchy, benefit-driven ad copy tailored to UK menswear consumers and seasonal gift buyers.
- Local Strategy Sessions: Meet locally (bi-weekly or monthly) in the Craigavon/Belfast area for campaign reviews, content planning, and physical product asset handoffs.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Demonstrable track record managing profitable Meta and/or TikTok ad campaigns for DTC e-commerce brands.
- Strong hands-on video editing and design skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or Figma).
- Solid understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and DTC subscription unit economics (CAC, ROAS, LTV).
- Based in Northern Ireland with availability for occasional in-person strategy meetups.
COMPENSATION & REWARDS
- Base Retainer: £400 / month (Guaranteed baseline for campaign management, creative builds, and scheduling).
- Uncapped Performance Bounty: Tiered £3.00 to £6.00 bonus on every new active subscriber acquired via paid channels.
- Realistic Target Earnings: £750 to £1,600+ / month as ad spend and campaigns scale.
- Flexibility: Fully hybrid / work-from-home schedule with complete creative autonomy.
