Overview
We are seeking a skilled Labourer to join our dynamic team, specialising driveways and patios , construction, and general maintenance tasks. Responsibilities
- Assisting with block paving resin and tarmac
- Operating hand tools, power tools, and gardening equipment safely and efficiently
- Supporting excavation activities using excavators and other machinery
- Installing and maintaining irrigation systems to ensure optimal water distribution
- Performing general construction tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and clean-up
- Conducting routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Ensuring work areas are kept safe, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations
Experience
- Prior experience in landscape maintenance or construction is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and basic maintenance procedures is advantageous
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and gardening equipment such as excavators and irrigation systems is preferred
- Practical understanding of horticulture or gardening practices is beneficial
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
