We are a well-established, family-owned, print business looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic person to join our team as an Office Admin Assistant. This is an entry-level opportunity and is suitable for someone at the very start of their working life, including school/college leavers, or anyone looking to move from Retail/Hospitality to begin their first office-based role.
You do not need previous office experience, and you do not need to have followed a traditional career path — we are far more interested in attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
How We Work
We are a transparent, hands-on business. We don’t hide behind endless procedure manuals or layers of corporate process.
Instead, we believe the best way to learn our business is by being part of it.
Training is practical and on the job. You will learn as you go, supported by the team, and encouraged to ask questions, get involved, and understand how everything connects.
We actively encourage initiative. If you’re the kind of person who likes to understand how things work, explore different parts of a business, and learn by doing rather than just being told, you’ll fit in very well here.
Our office has a relaxed, friendly and supportive atmosphere where people are treated as individuals, not numbers.
We believe in developing talent from within and rewarding hard work, attitude and commitment. People who show potential and dedication are recognised quickly, and there is genuine opportunity to grow within the business.
