About the Job
Reporting to the Finance Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of the companies accounts function.
- Sales invoice processing
- Communicating with customers on any potential issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Customer account reconciliations.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Liaising with other departments on any potential issues.
- Providing additional support as required across the finance team.
Skills and Experience
- 2 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Sage payroll) and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
