T & M Fire Protection are looking for an experienced Fire Door Working Supervisor to join our growing team.
This is a hands on role for someone who knows fire doors inside out and has the confidence to lead a team while working alongside them.
We are looking for someone with:
* Minimum 5 years’ fire door experience
* Excellent SKEB score
* Strong knowledge of fire door installation and remedial works
* NVQ Level 3 Carpentry & Joinery or equivalent
* Gold CSCS card
* Own tools
* Own transport
* Experience supervising and organising joiners
* Confidence dealing with clients, site managers and contractors
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage a busy schedule and keep projects moving
* Good IT skills and experience using Fieldwire or similar systems
* Willingness to work away from home when required
This is a working supervisor position, so you will be expected to lead from the front, manage the team and still be hands on with the work.
You will help manage our busy programme, coordinate joiners, maintain quality standards, keep clients updated and ensure works are completed correctly and on schedule.
