We are currently looking for an L&D Trainer to take ownership of delivering training at our Cannock Showroom, ensuring all colleagues receive high-quality, engaging training. You'll be responsible for compliance training, sales training and ongoing development support, playing a key role in improving KPI performance, engagement and overall development.
Key Details:
Base Location: Cannock Showroom (WS11 1SL)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
Salary: £35,000+ Company Car
What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver the Group L&D strategy as applicable to members of staff, ensuring all colleagues receive the appropriate training.
- Help develop new and engaging training solutions and E-learning courses.
- Responsible for rolling out new training sessions or L&D updates across your sites and measuring and reporting the outcomes of these sessions. .
- Support on-site management with Performance Improvement Plans and probation related tasks.
- Support the wider L&D team by providing site training when required.
- Maintain an accurate stock list of uniform for issuing at site inductions replenishing when required.
- Support new site openings where applicable.
- Help improve colleague engagement, internal communications and drive cultural change
What We're Looking For:
- Experience delivering face-to-face training, ideally up to senior leadership level
- Sales training experience (desirable)
- Ability to create engaging training materials (e-learning experience is a plus)
- Strong communication & influencing skills
- Ability to identify skills gaps & tailor training accordingly
- Organised, proactive & able to manage multiple priorities
