Established in 2005, we are a growing practice who specialise in providing tax and accountancy advice to small businesses and individuals.
We use the latest technology to assist our clients and work as efficiently as possible.
Brookes Stephens, a modern Chartered Accountancy practice based in Lichfield, are looking to recruit a Bookkeeper.
This role would suit a part qualified or fully qualified AAT or qualified by experience accountant/bookkeeper with good experience in general practice bookkeeping.
We will require the successful candidate to have the following skills and experience:
· A good working knowledge of bookeeping packages such as Freeagent, Sage, Xero and QuickBooks
· Experience working in an accounting practice for bookkeeping providing bookkeeping services to multiple clients
· Excellent IT skills including Excel
· Established communication skills both written and verbal for interaction with clients and colleagues
· To be a team player
· A full, clean driving licence for occasional visits to client premises
· Office based
· 37.5 Hours a week, part-time job sharing considered for the right candidates
· Salary dependent on qualifications and experience - £30,000 - £36,000 (Full Time Equivalent Salary)
