Female Part-Time Personal/Domestic Care Assistant Required.
I am looking for a Personal Assistant to join my team. I am a 62-year-old disabled lady with Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy who needs 24/7 support to enable me to live independently in my home. I have a young attitude to life and need assistance with all aspects of daily living.
As my Personal Assistant, your role will be to assist me with all areas of personal care, such as bathing, toileting, and feeding, and helping me take pride in myself. Personal hygiene is a must for both my Personal Assistant and me. Due to this, I am looking for a female assistant. The Health and Social Care Act 2008 and the Equality Act 2010.
I am looking for someone who will personally care for me, such as taking me to the toilet, showering me, and feeding me. As well as doing my general cleaning around my home. I am looking for someone who enjoys socialising, as I love to do that, which includes going out for meals, attending music events, and going to the theatre with me. I lead an individual and independent lifestyle.
I am looking for someone trustworthy who can work flexible hours to assist, as well as ,having a positive attitude and a good sense of humour. They must also be able to respect my privacy and understand the importance of confidentiality in all areas of their work.
The Personal Assistant should understand their role in facilitating the self-defined needs of mine, and should feel confident to ask what my needs are, and to always listen to requests and directions given.
90 Hours in a 4 Weekly Rota
It does include weekends and sleep-ins
£12.71 per Hour.
Payments will be made every 4 weeks, on a Monday, in arrears.
The post is subject to a 6-month probationary period and satisfactory references, which will be fully checked.
