Lignify Ltd is a long‑established bespoke joinery company based in Chorley, proudly serving our clients for over 10 years. We are a small, customer‑centric and collaborative business with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship and professional service.
We are now seeking a focused, reliable and professional individual who can work effectively as part of a team while confidently managing their own workload.
Key Duties
- Spray application — Operate air‑assisted spray pumps and top‑feed spray guns with accuracy and expertise.
- Finishing work — Apply solvent‑based paints and lacquers to a variety of materials to consistently high standards.
- Quality control — Maintain uniform quality across all spraying tasks and materials.
- Workshop processes — Contribute to undercoating, sanding and top‑coating stages, ensuring all components are fully prepared for final assembly.
You will be working within our dedicated spray booth, finishing bespoke furniture and counter pieces. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a workshop joinery environment is required, along with strong knowledge of all aspects of spraying and finishing.
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced sprayer with proven ability to handle a wide range of bespoke joinery items.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Understanding of furniture manufacture and finishing techniques.
- A positive, team‑focused attitude with the ability to work independently when required.
Within our workshop, we produce a wide range of bespoke furniture and counters, so adaptability and attention to detail are essential.
Salary
Salary is negotiable and will reflect your skills, experience and the value you bring to the role.
Pay: From £16.00 per hour
