As our Driver, you will provide a safe, reliable and welcoming transport service for our guests. You will often be one of the first and last members of the team they meet, so your friendly manner and attention to detail will help create a memorable experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing a safe, efficient and professional transport service for our guests
- Welcoming guests warmly and assisting them when entering or leaving the vehicle
- Engaging with guests and providing helpful information about the hotel and local area
- Delivering personal recognition and excellent service to IHG One Rewards members
- Keeping company vehicles clean, presentable and ready for use
- Completing routine vehicle checks and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns
- Ensuring company vehicles are maintained in line with all legal and company requirements
- Supporting the wider hotel team when required
What we are looking for:
- A full, clean driving licence
- A safe and responsible approach to driving
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A friendly, approachable and professional manner
- Good knowledge of the hotel and surrounding area, or a willingness to learn
- Strong problem solving skills and the confidence to respond calmly to guest concerns
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends and bank holidays
