Lettings Valuer
This is a sales-driven valuations role for someone who wants to close deals, run their own pipeline, and be paid for performance.
You will speak to warm landlord enquiries, carry out rental valuations, recommend the right letting plan, and convert instructions. You own the result end to end.
This is not an admin or junior lettings role. Targets matter. Pace matters. Follow-up matters.
What you’ll be responsible for
Valuations & sales
- Carry out rental valuations by phone and Microsoft Teams
- Price property confidently using market evidence
- Challenge unrealistic expectations when needed
- Recommend the right LettingaProperty.com plan based on landlord needs
- Ask for the instruction and close decisively
Revenue & performance
- Sell 20–25 letting plans per month
- Achieve high sales-to-move-in conversion
- Upsell ancillary services as standard (compliance, photography, inventories, viewings)
- Maintain strong performance during peak months (June–August)
Pipeline & CRM
- Own your pipeline from first contact to move-in
- Keep accurate CRM notes and follow-ups
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of active prospects
- Follow up same day and keep deals moving
Landlord guidance
- Explain landlord responsibilities and compliance clearly
- Set expectations early to protect conversion and operations
What good looks like in this role
- 240–260 plans sold per year
- 25–30 ancillary items sold per month
- Strong conversion from sale to move-in
- Consistent weekly sales pace
High performers enjoy targets, tracking progress, and closing.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a target-driven sales role (property preferred, not required)
- Confident closer who is comfortable asking for the business
- Strong commercial judgement on pricing and fit
- Disciplined with CRM and follow-ups
- Comfortable working to weekly and monthly targets
- Resilient under pressure and during busy periods
If you avoid targets or dislike sales accountability, this role won’t suit you.
