Working Hours 07:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri) There will be a requirement for flexible working to accommodate operational demands outside of this including Saturday working

Remuneration £14 - £16 per hour depending on experience

The plant production operative role involves the safe operation and maintenance of plant, such as concrete batchers, loading shovels and providing asphalt plant cover. We value dedication, hard work, and flexibility—making this the perfect opportunity for individuals who thrive in hands-on roles.

What we are looking for:
Full UK driving licence essential
Reliable and flexible team player
Interest in mechanical maintenance (training will be provided)
Experience in construction / plant operation preferable but not essential
