Your Role as a Care Assistant at Tanglewood
In this influential and rewarding role, you will help shape the highest standard of care by:
As a Care assistant you will be carrying out several responsibilities and duties to keep you motivated, stimulated and content:
· Helping support residents with getting ready for the day, outings and activities and promoting their independence and supporting them to continue addressing their needs,
· Accompanying residents with outings to shops, for walks, into the gardens and being company for them and caring for their well-being,
· Working with families to understand each residents needs, desires and purpose in their daily lives,
· Accompanying residents with indoor and outdoor activities and ensuring activities are what each resident will enjoy. They enjoy a variety of activities including drawing, quizzes, gardening, walks and even bowling.
· Being the individual who supports the residents, keeping them company and keeping their purpose in life strong,
· Keeping the residents safe, respecting their individuality and their integrity.

Positions available:
Full Time / Part Time hours available (To be discussed at Interview)
These roles operate on a 2 week rolling rota basis so it will include weekend work.
