We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Sales Support Administrator to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our customers receive accurate, professional, and timely quotations following their home survey.
Working closely with our surveying and sales teams, you will be responsible for transforming survey information into clear and precise customer proposals using our marketing leading and modern CRM.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience are essential, as even small errors can impact customer satisfaction and the success of our installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and detailed customer quotations following completed surveys.
- Review surveyor notes, measurements, product specifications, and customer requirements to ensure all information is correctly captured.
- Enter customer and order information into internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Produce professional quotations and proposals that clearly communicate the products, options, pricing, and installation details.
- Ensure all proposals are checked thoroughly before being issued to customers.
- Maintain a 100% accuracy mindset when reviewing measurements, product selections, pricing, and customer details.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or missing information by working closely with surveyors and the sales team.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from survey completion through to order confirmation.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all documentation is completed correctly.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks to help improve efficiency and customer service.
Key Skills & Experience
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Experience in administration, sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple quotations and deadlines.
- Confident using computer systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to interpret detailed information and translate it into accurate customer proposals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to identify issues before they become problems.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with colleagues.
