Are you a hands-on leader with experience working in kitchens and a passion for great food and fast-paced hospitality?
Sodexo Live! is looking for motivated and energetic Team Leaders to join our Concourse Kiosk team at the iconic Amex Stadium. This is an exciting opportunity to lead from the front, support a busy food operation, and help deliver an exceptional matchday and event experience for thousands of guests.
This opportunity will be to join the team for the 2026/27 Football Season. With the opportunity to work at Matchdays and Non matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility.
We are looking for outstanding customer focused individuals to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression. Ideally you will have worked within the hospitality sector previously and have a good foundation and knowledge of customer service.
Main Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating a small team during busy matchdays and events.

Preparing, cooking, and serving Detroit-style pizzas while maintaining high food quality standards.

Supporting the day-to-day running of the kiosk and ensuring smooth service.

Training and coaching team members to deliver excellent customer service.

Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times.

Managing stock levels and minimising waste.

Acting as a key point of contact for operational issues during service.

Leading by example and creating a positive team culture.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Team Member role.

Strong kitchen background with hands-on food preparation experience.

Experience preparing and cooking food in a commercial kitchen environment.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume operation.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved wherever needed.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, matchdays, and major events
