Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and support to clients with neurological conditions in their homes.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions as prescribed.
- Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Promote independence and well-being through compassionate interaction.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to deliver holistic care.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience or interest in caring for individuals with complex neurological conditions.
- Strong communication skills and compassionate nature.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic first aid knowledge.
- Valid driving license is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as heavy lifting.
- Flexibility and reliability are highly valued.
- Relevant training or certifications in caregiving or healthcare are advantageous.
