Broomhill Inn is a Bar and Restaurant in Hucknall.
We are part of the premier steakhouse brand and we have a restaurant, plus a bar.
We are looking for an experienced supervisor, to report directly to the general manager, in order to ensure smooth running of the business. This will include locking and opening up, cash handling, and serving customers on a day to day basis. Because of the nature of this role, the ideal candidate MUST be able to work evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of employees.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive work environment.
- Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage customer issues in a professional manner.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of operations, which includes helping the manager with day to day running of the business including organising busy functions, and deal with customers on a day to day basis, as well as supporting our already structured team.
