Overview
Responsible for coordinating the full inbound and outbound operations of FBA ocean freight transshipment business, including receiving, shipping, inventory movement, and exception handling. Oversee warehouse physical cargo operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and organized workflow.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound operations for FBA ocean freight transshipment business
- Manage warehouse receiving, shipping, inventory movement, and stock control
- Monitor warehouse capacity utilization and optimize storage efficiency
- Arrange transportation and warehouse scheduling to ensure smooth cargo flow
- Identify and resolve operational issues with strong problem-solving skills
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams, customers, and partners
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining operational accuracy and efficiency
- Demonstrate strong attention to operational data and perform accurate data verification and analysis
- Responsible for workplace safety and health compliance within warehouse operations
- Support team collaboration and daily operational management
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail, data sensitivity, and ability to see the bigger picture
- Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Strong warehouse capacity planning and scheduling capabilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
- Strong teamwork spirit with leadership and management capabilities
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, FBA, or supply chain operations is preferred

Pay: £2,300.00-£3,000.00 per month
