BARBS needs an experienced Sous Chef for the next 4 weeks at Queen of Hoxton.
The role is mainly helping prep and serve BBQ buffets for 100 to 300 guests, plus supporting fast restaurant service during busy World Cup games.
Bajan or Caribbean food experience is a bonus, but not essential. More important is someone reliable, fast, organised and calm under pressure.
Immediate start. Evenings and weekends required.
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
