Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, with precision and flair
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Manage cash transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling payments securely
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times
- Restock bar supplies regularly to keep the bar fully equipped for busy periods
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate service flow during peak hours and special events
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality or restaurant experience, with a passion for delivering excellent service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in beverage handling
- Ability to serve confidently while maintaining professionalism in a lively environment
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and change calculation
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts
- Effective communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Familiarity with serving techniques and responsible alcohol service policies
