The Church Inn is a busy, independent pub in the heart of Ludlow. We work from a small, well-organised kitchen serving fresh, seasonal pub dishes to a high standard.
What you’ll do
- Own your section from prep through service to clean-down
- Cook consistently during fast-paced services in a compact space
- Keep your area spotless, organised, and well-labelled at all times
- Support the team with daily prep, stock rotation, and deliveries
- Uphold food safety, allergen, and HACCP records
What you’ll bring
- CDP experience in a quality pub/restaurant
- Calm under pressure; excellent mise en place and tidiness
- Pride in consistency, organisation, and teamwork
- Basic Food Hygiene (Level 2) preferred; allergen awareness essential
- Right to work in the UK
