Role Overview
As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring every guest receives friendly, attentive, and professional service from the moment they arrive until they leave. You will work closely with the wider restaurant team to deliver a seamless dining experience in our fast-paced, energetic environment.
This is a flexible role that offers opportunities for cross-training across different areas of the restaurant, allowing you to develop new skills and support the business wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating.
- Present menus and explain the Brazilian rodizio dining experience.
- Take beverage orders and serve drinks promptly.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests efficiently.
- Clear and reset tables while maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Assist servers and the rodizio meat service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Process payments accurately using the restaurant POS system.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of the menu, beverages, promotions, and allergens.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
- Help maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming restaurant environment.
