Job Title: Trainee Scaffolder

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist our experienced scaffolders in building and taking down scaffolding structures.
- Learn how to safely handle scaffolding materials and tools.
- Be trained on how to follow health and safety guidelines and ensure the safety of the team and the worksite.
- Work outdoors in a team environment, learning on the job.
- Progress in your skills and take on more responsibility as you gain experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in scaffolding or a related construction field is preferred but not essential.
- A strong interest in learning and starting a career in construction.
- Ability to follow instructions and learn from experienced professionals.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather.
- A positive attitude, team-oriented, and reliable.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- A valid driving license is required and you will need to able to get to and from the yard yourself, with your own transport. Please note; no busses run to the depot or nearby.
- H&S for operatives test advantageous.
