We’re looking for a reliable, proactive Blend Shed Operative to join our busy animal feed manufacturing team. This is a hands-on production role at the heart of our operation, ensuring high-quality feed is blended, processed, and prepared safely and efficiently.

- Shifts: Rotational day and night shifts on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern working12 hourshifts between 7am/pm and 7pm/am

Day to Day

Operate blending equipment to produce feed mixes according to production schedules

Weigh, measure, and load raw materials with accuracy and attention to detail

Monitor machinery performance and report any issues promptly

Carry out routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areas

Follow strict quality, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times

Complete production records and documentation

Work collaboratively with colleagues across production, quality, and logistics
What will you bring?

Previous experience within a production environment working with raw materials would be advantageous but not essential

Comfortable working with machinery and manual handling

Good communication skills are essential to be successful within the team environment

Computer literate withthe accuracy to ensure sampling data is recorded correctly
