Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Ventilation Supervisor to lead and oversee ventilation systems installation, maintenance, and repair projects. Duties
- Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of ventilation systems across multiple sites
- Read and interpret mechanical schematics and technical drawings to guide installation processes
- Lead and coordinate teams of technicians and tradespeople to ensure project timelines are met
- Conduct inspections of ventilation equipment, including air conditioning units, fans, ducts, and filters
- Troubleshoot system issues, diagnose faults, and oversee equipment repairs to maintain optimal performance
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to plan work schedules and report progress regularly
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing mechanical or ventilation projects on construction sites
- Strong mechanical knowledge of ventilation systems, air conditioning units, and related equipment
- Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and construction drawings accurately
- Hands-on experience with equipment repair and preventative maintenance procedures
- Construction experience in commercial or residential settings is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with clients
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations applicable to mechanical installations
