Join our EHS & Facilities team and play an important role in creating a safe, well-organised and welcoming place to work.
You’ll provide varied administrative and coordination support, from reviewing data and preparing reports and presentations to maintaining accurate records and coordinating facilities, training and Health Surveillance. Working closely with the EHS & Facilities Manager, colleagues and external partners, you’ll help keep key processes running smoothly and identify opportunities to improve how we work.
This role is based at our UK Head Office in Solihull, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
Provide administrative support across EHS & Facilities, including reviewing data, updating databases and maintaining accurate records.
Prepare weekly reports, presentations and business updates, turning information into clear and engaging slides and summaries.
Support meetings and communications, including taking notes, coordinating actions and following up on agreed tasks.
Manage day-to-day facilities requests through our CAFM system, liaising with associates and our facilities provider.
Coordinate EHS training and Health Surveillance, including bookings, records and follow-up with external providers.
Support office purchasing, purchase orders and invoicing, and maintain the EHS & Facilities SharePoint site.
Help streamline processes and support the team with wider EHS activities, including reporting and claims. Support the team with the administration of projects and on some occasions, owning workstreams.
Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, facilities or similar support role, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident using Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook, particularly for reviewing information and creating clear reports and presentations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with colleagues and external partners.
A proactive, organised approach, with the ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and follow tasks through to completion.
Comfortable working independently while also being a supportive and collaborative team member.
An interest in Health, Safety & Environment and/or Facilities, with relevant experience or knowledge being beneficial.
GCSE-level education or equivalent. Experience with EHS or CAFM systems, basic EHS legislation or IOSH would be an advantage.
