Job Summary

Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Utilise upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities and increase customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising practices.
- Handle transactions accurately using basic math skills for cash handling and processing sales.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Keep track of inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not essential.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and colleagues seamlessly.
