True Care 247 is a growing home care provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care to people in their own homes. We are looking for an organised, proactive, and motivated Care Administrator to support our expanding operations and help us provide outstanding care services.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the management team.
- Manage care staff records and compliance documentation.
- Maintain accurate service user and staff files.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Monitor training records and staff compliance.
- Assist with rota management and care scheduling.
- Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally.
- Liaise with service users, families, healthcare professionals, commissioners, and local authorities.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with GDPR.
- Support CQC compliance, audits, and quality assurance activities.
- Assist with invoice preparation and general office administration.
- Support the preparation and submission of tenders, bids, and contract documentation.
- Assist with marketing, networking, and business development activities as required.
Essential Requirements
- Previous administrative experience within a home care, domiciliary care, supported living, or healthcare setting.
- Good understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional, caring, and customer-focused approach.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience using care management systems such as Care Planner, Access Care Planning, Birdie, PASS, or similar.
- Knowledge of recruitment and staff compliance processes.
- Experience working with local authority contracts and referrals.
- Experience in tender writing and bid preparation.
- Knowledge of commissioning processes within health and social care.
- Experience supporting business development and marketing activities.
