We are looking for experienced Beef Deboners / Skilled Butchers who have:

Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a butcher/deboner

Proven experience deboning beef
-
Good knife skills and confidence working with beef

Ability to maintain a good production pace while working to quality and hygiene standards

A reliable and hardworking attitude
-
Previous experience in a meat processing is highly desirable

Experience in hook deboning will be an advatage
This role is particularly suited to fully skilled beef deboners who are looking for regular, ongoing work and the opportunity to earn a competitive hourly rate with a production bonus.
Location: Bedfordshire, East England
Contract: Full-time, long-term / ongoing
Working days: Monday to Friday
Pay: £12.20 – £14.65/hour + production bonus, with total earnings of up to £18/hour
