The Role:
Fancy being right in the heart of the action at Northamptonshire's newest music festival? We're looking for energetic, friendly, and proactive Event Stewards to join our team at Roseshire Festival, Chester House Estate, with shifts across the Bank Holiday weekend — Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th August 2026. This is your chance to be part of a brand-new festival bringing a two-day music and entertainment celebration to the county, helping create a safe, smooth, and brilliant experience for thousands of festival-goers — all while soaking up the atmosphere, meeting new people, and being part of a fantastic team. Long hours are available across both event days, with gates open from 12:00pm through to 10:30pm, so this is a great opportunity for anyone looking to pick up extra hours. Ents24 + 3
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist festival-goers, providing directions and answering event-related questions with a smile
- Guide attendees and vehicles to keep the site moving safely and smoothly, including around the on-site car parking area
- Monitor and enforce site regulations and company policies
- Assist with ticket scanning and bag searches on entry where required
- Set up and manage on-site signage to guide visitors effectively
- Be a visible, friendly point of contact who helps set the tone for a brilliant festival experience
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, can-do attitude and a genuine love of a great atmosphere
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet during a busy, long-hours event
- Available to work across 29th and 30th August 2026
