What We’re Looking For:
We’re on the hunt for a skilled Property Maintenance Specialist who can bring their expertise and enthusiasm to our lettings company. You’ll be an integral part of our mission to improve the quality of rental properties and the lives of our tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general housing repairs, refurbishments, and renovations
- Execute basic plumbing tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues effectively
- Collaborate with our team and communicate professionally with tenants
What You Need:
- Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills for effective tenant and colleague interactions
- DBS check and driver’s license verification required
- Proficiency in basic plumbing and completed refurbishments for kitchens and bathrooms
- Must provide your own hand tools
