We’re on the lookout for a vibrant, enthusiastic, and experienced individual to join our front of house team here at The Hardwick Inn.
Nestled in a stunning country park setting, The Hardwick Inn is a fast-paced and friendly environment with a loyal customer base and a reputation for excellent service. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic pub-restaurant that blends tradition with energy — and no two days are ever the same.
We’re looking for an applicant who:
- Has 3+ years’ experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role
- Thrives in a busy service environment
- Brings positive energy and a team-first attitude
- Is confident, professional, and passionate about great customer service
