Care Coordinator – Progression to Registered Manager
Location: Doncaster

Are you an experienced care professional ready to step up into leadership and help grow a high-quality home care service?
We’re looking for a dedicated and ambitious Care Coordinator to join Beacon Health Group. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone currently working as a experienced Care Coordinator or Deputy Manager who is ready to progress into a Registered Manager role in the near future.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of CQC standards, excellent digital skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional care while driving business growth.
· Your Key Responsibilities
· Care Planning & Compliance
· Create, review, and update client care plans and risk assessments.
· Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and best practice guidelines.
· Maintain accurate and secure digital care records.
· Leadership & Staff Development
· Supervise and support care staff, including observations, supervisions, and return-to-work meetings.
· Lead audits, quality assurance checks, and medication competency assessments.
· Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff training.
·Source new clients and liaise with commissioners regarding care packages, funding, reviews and change
Operations & Growth
· Build and manage care schedules and rotas using digital systems.
· Develop strong relationships with local commissioners, health professionals, clients, and families.
· Play an active role in expanding the service, identifying opportunities for growth, and representing the company professionally.
· Provide some out of hours support.
Care Delivery
· Provide hands-on care when needed to ensure continuity, quality, and client satisfaction.
What we are Looking For
✅ NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (minimum).
✅ Currently working towards or already achieved Level 5 (Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care).
✅ At least 2 years’ experience in a care coordination or leadership role within home care/domiciliary care.
✅ Strong digital skills, with experience using care planning software and rota management systems.
✅ In-depth understanding of CQC compliance and audit processes.
✅ Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to engage commissioners and professionals.
✅ Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
✅ A proactive, reliable, and growth-focused mindset, passionate about service excellence.
